At the heart of Beech Mountain Club’s recreation facilities is a family pool surrounded by a fitness center, pickleball courts, pavilion, playground, game room and summer day camp. The Club’s comprehensive recreation program offers group excursions, art classes, organized card games, social events, lunch and learn presentations and the opportunity to join a wide variety of interest clubs and groups. We offer year-round activities and programs for our member families.

Member participation is encouraged so if you have a talent or hobby you would like to share, are interested in starting a group or have a suggestion for a trip or activity, just let us know. Please call us or stop by to find out what’s happening or check out our online activity flyers with complete descriptions of all the exciting opportunities waiting for you and your family. We look forward to hearing from you!

Reservations are taken as soon as the event is advertised with some exceptions. Many trips and outings have a minimum and maximum number of participants so early registration is advised! If you must cancel a reservation, we must have 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) in order to issue a refund, unless otherwise specified. Please note that some trips require advance payment upon reservation. These trips will be specified and notice of the cancellation policy will be given when reservations are made.

For 5 weeks in the summer, from late June until the end of July, Beech Mountain Club members and their qualified guests can take advantage of a day camp program for children ages 5 to 12. To provide the best summer day camp experience for your children, the Club partners with KE Camps, a company that specializes in operating sum-mer camps at private country clubs. Through this partnership, Club Camp provides the opportunity to experience a variety of exciting and innovative programs within our familiar, beautiful, and convenient setting. Each week’s schedule includes a combination of Arts & Crafts, Fun with Foods, STEM Activities, Team Building, Super Science, Group Games, Pickleball, a Weekly Community Service Project and Wacky Wednesday theme days. In addition, the Club’s pros provide campers with recreational golf, tennis and pickleball instruction once a week. Campers also have approximately one hour of recreational swimming each day. Enrollment is flexible, so campers may join for as many daily or weekly sessions as they’d like! Enrollment and billing are handled through KE Camps.
