RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Reservations are taken as soon as the event is advertised with some exceptions. Many trips and outings have a minimum and maximum number of participants so early registration is advised! If you cancel a reservation, we must have 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) in order to issue a refund, unless otherwise specified. Please note that some trips require advance payment upon reservation. These trips will be specified and notice of the cancellation policy will be given when reservations are made.

ART COMMUNITY

Providing creative outlets and supporting our local art community is very important at the Club. Members enjoy oil painting, watercolor, stained glass, crochet, knitting and basket-making classes. Club members are invited to join the Beech Mountain Art Guild. Guild members are provided the opportunity to showcase their work at the Clubhouse, as well as participate in hosting the annual Art Show and Sale and studio workshops which cover different art topics. For those who enjoy art appreciation, a continuing Lunch and Learn Series on the Masters is offered during the summer in addition to trips to local galleries and museums. Novice to expert, there is a perfect way to express your art interests at the Club.

CARD & GAME GROUPS

If bridge is your game, you’ll find we have everything from classes to help you learn the basics to opportunities for advanced play. Day or evening, social or serious, men’s/women’s or coed, there is a game for you to join. Groups to learn and play Mahjong and Canasta are also available.

CLUB EXCURSIONS

Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the country, the Club takes full advantage of our surroundings with excursions to local attractions and areas of interest. The Club's 24 passenger bus and 14 seat van take members to unique destinations and special events all over the high country. Leave all the planning to us and join Club staff on these exciting tours and trips. Vehicles, with driver, are also available for private rental for outings and wedding transportation.
