Blake Beason is the Executive Chef at Beech Mountain Club. Chef Blake served as the Executive Chef at Cartersville Country Club in Cartersville, GA prior to joining our team. Additionally, he worked at The Ford Plantation in Richmond Hill, GA, for eight and a half years where he was promoted to Sous Chef.

Chef Blake uses an innovative style of blending a fresh new take on southern cooking with a delicate mix of world cuisine.

The Dining Room’s normal operating hours are 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Some events may vary so please refer to the Club’s online calendar for specific event information.

The Clubhouse opens in May with our Mother’s Day Brunch service. From Mother’s Day until Memorial Day weekend, the Clubhouse is open to serve dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. From Memorial Day until Labor Day, the Dining Room is open to serve dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays. After Labor Day until the third weekend in October, the Dining Room is serving dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The Clubhouse dining room hosts many Member socials, events and sponsored functions throughout the season which often replace the regular dinner schedule; therefore, reservations are recommended.


In addition to the special events on the Calendar, members have the opportunity to hold private functions in the Clubhouse. Board policy permits management to book private functions any time prior to Memorial Day weekend or after Labor Day. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day, you can still book the Clubhouse with Board approval.

Available facilities are:

Gallery – Maximum Occupancy 40 People
Clubhouse Dining Room – 150 Maximum for Plated Dinner, 196 Building Maximum for Other Events
Pub Level – (Downstairs) Pub and one large or two small Banquet Rooms

Members may also reserve a table in the Main Dining Room or reserve the Banquet Room and plan a pre-selected menu for your party. BMC welcomes groups of all sizes for meetings and conferences.
