Airport Shuttle Service

Policies & Guidelines

  • Shuttle service is provided for Club members and member-sponsored guests only.
  • All airport shuttle reservations must be made directly through the Club’s Airport Shuttle Driver.
  • A member desiring to confirm shuttle availability prior to booking a flight may do so by calling in and placing a shuttle on hold. A hold may not exceed 48 hours. If the booking is not confirmed by the member completing the reservation, the spot will be made available to others
  • Reserved shuttles depart from, and return to, the Club. The pick-up/drop-off location is the Club’s Recreation Building located at 105 Lakeledge Road. It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to arrange transportation to/from this location. For the convenience of our members and guests, personal vehicles may be left in the Recreation lower parking area. The Club is not responsible for the safety of the vehicle or its contents while parked on property. For special needs/circumstances, contact the driver to discuss alternate arrangements.
  • Shuttle availability is not guaranteed. Service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is contingent upon vehicle and driver availability. Members and guests are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible.
  • Each reservation is separate and shuttle fees are charged per reservation. Fee-splitting is not permitted. Passengers should be aware that they may, at the Club’s discretion, be scheduled in a vehicle with other passengers.
  • Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. In the event a reservation is accepted in less than 72 hours of a scheduled flight, a $10 surcharge will be applied.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled service in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made in less than 72 hours will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
  • Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted in the vehicle. Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times.
  • Pets are not permitted in Club vehicles. Though well-loved, pets pose a hazard to those with allergies.
  • Shuttle rates are based on a “Stop & Go” policy (drop-off or pick-up at the airport with no wait time required). In the event of a delay with a scheduled airport pick-up where the driver has to wait, the first 30 minutes of wait time is complimentary. Should additional wait time be required, a fee of $15.00 per hour (billed in ½ hour increments) will be applied.
  • All shuttle reservations booked by a Club member will be member charged. Member accounts may be charged 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
  • Guests must pay for shuttle services by credit card (VISA or MC) 48 hours in advance. For arriving guests, a completed and signed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form must be received 48 hours prior to the schedule service.
  • The member and/or guest utilizing the transportation service agrees to hold the Club harmless and indemnify the Club from any and all claims arising from performance related to this service.

Rates quoted are for the first 2 passengers with a $10 charge for each additional passenger. Gratuities are not included in the above rates.

Maximum limit of 10 passengers.

*Vehicle assignment is solely at the discretion of the Club.
