By clicking the "submit" button below, you are applying to sponsor Unaccompanied Guests desiring to access Beech Mountain Club facilities and services. You are confirming that you have read the Unaccompanied Guest policies and that you understand that you must submit this application 72 hours in advance in order to reserve Unaccompanied Guest cards for your guests. Unaccompanied Guest cards may not be refunded.

	If Sponsoring Member is selected, the Member account will be charged. If Guest is selected, the Guest's credit card will be charged. Unaccompanied Guest cards are $20 per day or $70 per week for ages 13 and up and $10 per day or $35 per week for children ages 5-12. Unaccompanied Guest cards are required for all persons age 5 and over (4 and under are free). Parties larger than 8 must prepay for Guest Cards and only prepaid cards may be left at departments for pick up. Unaccompanied Guest cards are $20/day or $70/week for ages 13and up and $10/day or $35/week for children ages 5- 12 (4 and under are free). Golf play may begin after 12pm from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day and the Fitness Center is closed to unaccompanied guests between the hours of 8am and 11am. Beech Mountain Club accepts Visa and MasterCard only.
