Nanny/Babysitter Policy Statement

This Policy permits Club members to have a nanny or babysitter, while in charge of their minor children, accompany the children while on Club property under the following conditions.

a. A nanny/au pair/babysitter may be added to an existing membership whenever there are children under the age of 14 years active on the member account.
b. An annual add-on fee of $50 for the first nanny will be assessed. Additional nannies registered in the same fiscal year will be assessed at $25 per nanny.
c. Members must complete the Nanny/Babysitter Registration Form annually (November 1-October 31) for their member file.
d. Nannies/Babysitters must be at least 16 years of age.
e. Nannies/Babysitters not permitted access to the Club alone; the members’ child(ren) need to be present for a nanny/babysitter to utilize the facilities.
f.  Nannies/babysitters may not have guests.
g. Guest User Fees must be paid where applicable.
h. In the event a nanny/babysitter works for more than one member, a separate registration form and service fee is required for each respective member.
